She primes the experience starting with the emails. For someone like me, it's been so long since I"ve been called, Honey, Sunshine or dear I just melted when she started putting a few of those in a text or email, even from a girl I never met. Hayden is excellent in communication. She promptly responds to emails and text. She came in a cab which was late picking her up. I really felt her pain, you could tell she made an obligation to be there at a certain time and was upset that this cab company was getting in her way. She was texting me the whole time which made the wait almost fun. When she arrived she was very easy to talk too.
