Basic 2 call service. She gave me directions to a hotel around the corner from the actual place she was, not sure if this was part of her screening system or not. Once I arrived she apologized and said she gave me the address of the hotel she was at the day before by accident. No harm no foul. Very friendly and welcoming ....
