Set up an appointment through the scheduler. I think I was first of the day. Was given an address close by and had to wait. Got a call that Carter or the scheduler was running a few minutes late. After another text or 2, I was feeling a bit paranoid and almost bailed. I'm glad I didn't! Once I went in the door and met Carter, everything was fabulous.
