I'd seen Gina a few times over the years while she was with Michelle's and was wondering what had happened to the girls who were with them when they closed. I found that Gina and at least one other girl from Michelle's is now with YWSM, so I decided to try them out for the first time. Verification was fairly easy since Gina was able to vouch for me. Verification and initial scheduling was conducted over the phone, but the location details were texted closer to the appointment time. The woman who answers the phone is friendly and easy to work with.
