It was very easy to set-up the appointment with Sheila. She is very responsive to communications in email and telephone. We met in the lobby of my hotel and sat at the bar for a while to get to know each other, She was a little reserved at first, but when she knew I wasn't LE, she opened up and warmed up to me. We went up to my room and got the business end of the service.
